From there, we take over. We read your message carefully, come back with whatever questions we need, and propose an approach that fits your collection specifically, not a standard package adjusted for you.

What happens next
Once we receive your message, we read it fully before responding. We may ask about the nature of your specimens, how you intend to use the photographs or videos, whether shipping is an option or whether an on-site visit would make more sense. Every project starts differently. The questions we ask depend entirely on what you have told us.
There is no automated reply, no proposal sent before we understand the project. A real response, from the people who will do the work.
Shipping specimens
If your project involves sending specimens to our studio, nothing moves until we have agreed on a precise return date. You know when your pieces are coming back before you put them in a box. That is not a policy we review case by case. It is the only way we work.
